Hey there everybody. I haven’t posted here in a month, I guess. I didn’t mean to do that to you, but that’s just the way things seem to have gone down. I’m moving the bulk of my posting. I’m not shutting down this blog, I like the sensualwriter system and I like the wordpress back-end, but it doesn’t really work for me for posting quick links and sexy images to share. Last month I started playing with Tumblr and decided it is exactly what I’ve always been looking for as far as a rapid blogging system. I could do a lot of the same things here, but it’s just not quite the same, plus there are some other blogging features and the combined simplicity and flexibility of the Tumblr back-end is just beautiful. So, I’m going to shift things around a bit.
This blog stays and will be where I put up my rambling drunken philosophical ponderings on porn, interviews when I can land them, and any other long form stuff. Blogoporno.com is where my Tumblog O’ Porn resides. It’ll be a pretty consistent stream of sexy pictures and video and links and other such good stuff. If you subscribe to the feedburner feed of this blog (so anyone getting this via email) that is changing to the Blogoporno.com feed. Blogoporno will link to this blog when I have a new post, so you won’t be missing any of my ramblings (if you actually enjoyed reading them).

I am not the sort of person who goes to the bookstore on the day a novel comes out. Generally speaking, my reading habits lean towards eventually hearing about something that is supposed to be good via word of mouth, then borrowing or buying it. I’ll usually start something then set it down less than halfway through the story and proceed to pick it up at random intervals for the next several years until I finish it. As unusual as it is for me to pick up a novel opening weekend it’s about equally unusual for me to ravenously consume a book and finish it in under a week. Crooked Little Vein is a book that I not only picked up the day it came out but also ravenously consumed and completed in less than a week. Warren Ellis is the man behind the novel, and he’s a man whose works you need to know.
